Min Liang Property Development, Finance and Administration.
◦ Min initially trained as a civil engineer and project manager in Ghuazou, has been involved in many construction and property developments in China and Australia over the past 30 years.
◦ Min has worked on housing estate land subdivisions and other residential projects both as an adviser to other investors, an individual investor and as a partner with other investors.
◦ Min’s primary role will be to administer the company, prepare feasibility studies provide development finance and maintain budgetary control.
Iain R Dickson Project Management and Contract Administration
◦ Iain has nearly 50 years experience in the construction industry and a proven track record with significant building projects.
◦ Iain is currently working on a number of projects ranging in value $6.0M -$60.0M using traditional project documentation and construction methods of delivery, to fast tracking construction programs for documentation and construction to meet accelerated project timelines.
Jesse Goh Technical Construction Manager ◦ Graduated with Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Melbourne University Australia
◦ Started career in construction industry with Shimizu in its fully prefabricated construction unit in Singapore in construction project management roles.
◦ Joined the construction chemical industry in technical sales and marketing since 1988 De Neef Construction Chemicals ( Belgium ), SsangYong Cement (Singapore ) and German MC Bauchemie Group since 2001 as a local Director for MC Malaysia and Regional Development Manager
◦ Career in various aspects of construction, building chemical development, training and application knowhow of over 30 years In the Asian regions covering highly technical civil engineering projects such as high speed trainlines to underground tunnel projects and large scale specialty entertainment parks.
◦ Jesse’s primary role will be to provide company administration and technical support during the documentation and construction phase.
